Support for Grief and Loss
Grief and Loss Support
Grief is a natural and deeply personal response to loss. Whether you’re mourning the death of a loved one, coping with a major life change, or feeling the quiet ache of something that has shifted, grief can affect every part of your life — your emotions, your relationships, and even your sense of self.
There is no right way to grieve and no specific timeline for healing. You may feel sadness, anger, guilt, or numbness — sometimes all at once. In therapy, we create space for these experiences to be seen and understood without judgment.
My approach to grief counselling focuses on support, understanding, and gentle exploration. Together, we can:
-
Make sense of the emotions that come with loss
-
Find ways to stay connected to what (or who) you’ve lost while continuing to move forward
-
Build coping strategies for difficult moments and anniversaries
-
Reconnect with meaning and hope at your own pace
Whether your loss is recent or something you’ve carried for years, grief therapy offers a compassionate environment to help you find balance and healing.
I provide grief support for individuals aged 16 and older, both in-person and through virtual therapy across Ontario.
You don’t have to go through this alone.
Together, we can work toward gentle healing and a renewed sense of connection to life.
