Burnout Support

Burnout can build slowly — a sense of exhaustion that doesn’t go away with rest, a loss of motivation, or feeling emotionally drained from giving so much of yourself. You may notice irritability, difficulty concentrating, or a growing sense of disconnection from work, family, or the things that once mattered to you.

Therapy provides a space to pause, reflect, and begin to restore balance. Together, we’ll explore what has led to your burnout and create new ways of managing stress that honour your needs and boundaries.

My approach to burnout support focuses on understanding, compassion, and sustainable change. In our work together, we can:

  • Identify early signs and patterns of burnout

  • Explore the emotional and physical impact of chronic stress

  • Reconnect with your values and sense of purpose

  • Learn healthy boundaries and self-care strategies

I support individuals aged 16 and older virtually across Ontario.
