Caregiver Support

Caregiver Support

Caring for someone you love can be deeply meaningful — but it can also be emotionally and physically exhausting. You may find yourself putting your own needs aside, feeling overwhelmed by responsibility, or struggling with guilt when you can’t do it all. Over time, constant caregiving can lead to burnout, resentment, or a sense of losing yourself.

Therapy offers a compassionate space to talk openly about the challenges of caregiving — without judgment or pressure. Together, we can explore your experiences, set healthy boundaries, and find ways to care for yourself while continuing to support those who depend on you.

My approach to caregiver support focuses on balance, compassion, and renewal. In our work together, we can:

  • Identify signs of stress, compassion fatigue, or burnout

  • Explore feelings of guilt, grief, or resentment

  • Reconnect with your needs, values, and sources of meaning

  • Develop coping tools to manage emotional and physical exhaustion

  • Build boundaries and self-care strategies that feel realistic and sustainable

I support individuals aged 16 and older through virtual therapy across Ontario.

You deserve care and support, too.
With space to reflect and recharge, it’s possible to restore balance and reconnect with yourself.
